I hadn’t had dental insurance for years until mid November and Dr. Ngai fit in all my cleanings, crowns, and fillings I needed done by January. She was very comfortable to work with throughout my 4 sessions and when I needed to adjust my crowns got me in as soon as possible. I love my new smile and her practice provided amazing work and prioritized my schedule.

Dr. Ngai cares about the health of her patients. She knows her craft and I trust her expertise in the field. She’s taken care of my teeth for 20+ years and I keep going to her office even though it’s no longer close to my home. Prior to finding Dr. Ngai’s practice, I’ve been to over a dozen dentists in three different states over the past 40+ years and none have been more concerned, gentle and effective than Dr. Ngai’s. Going to the dentist for a cleaning was never a pleasant experience over the years and often left my gums raw and bloody. Since going to Dr. Ngai’s practice in 1997, I’ve had routine cleanings, deep cleanings, night guards, fillings, extractions and a crown performed there. My only regret is not having moved to the North Seattle area sooner to take advantage of their latest techniques, training and the most comprehensive dental hygiene program I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Ngai, Hygientist Vi, Lisa and the rest of the staff are always super welcoming, sincere and experts in their field.
When I moved out here I started looking for a new dentist and my insurance provider had Dr Ngai at the top of their list for Edmonds and the surrounding area as their #1 dentist and now I see why she and her team are at the top of the list.

Yes. We welcome new patients of all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. You can book online or call our office to get on the schedule.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major dental insurance plans. If you are not sure whether yours is accepted, give us a call and our front desk team will check your benefits before your visit.
Do you accept Medicaid?
What if I have not been to the dentist in years?
No judgment here. A lot of our patients come in after a long gap. We start with a full exam and X-rays, walk through everything we see, and build a plan that moves at your pace.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We see kids of all ages and we are happy to be the office where your child has their very first dental visit. We take time to make it a calm, positive experience.
How much does a visit cost without insurance?
It depends on what you need done. Whatever the treatment, we give you a clear breakdown of cost before anything starts, and we offer payment plans to make care more affordable. No surprise bills.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
Call us right away at (425) 776-8353. We do our best to see emergency patients the same day. If you are in pain, getting you out of pain is our first priority.
How often should I come in for a cleaning?
Most patients are best served by a cleaning and exam every six months. If you have gum disease or other ongoing concerns, we may recommend more frequent visits. We will tell you what makes sense for your mouth.
